Patriots vs Bluefish Game 1

On Friday night, Somerset opened a series with Bridgeport. In the bottom of the 1st, Bridgeport took early lead from a home run by Denny Almonte to make it 1-0 as they didn't stop there as they scored 4 runs on from a 3-run homer by Joe Mather and a RBI double by James Simmons to make it 5-0 after 4 innings. Somerset could not answer back as they only scored 1 run on a RBI single by Damaso Espino as Somerset started the series with a loss 5-1 Final.         Winning Pitcher: Kanekoa Texeria
